INVOICING

In accordance with Italian law (Art. 22, paragraph 1, no. 1, DPR 633/72 and Art. 2, letter o, DPR 696/96), sales are not subject to mandatory invoice or receipt issuance.
If you require an invoice, please request it at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with the timelines and conditions outlined in our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

A signature may be required upon delivery. Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer once delivery has been completed.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees applied by local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs charges and the shipment is returned, the customer will be responsible for all related costs, including return shipping, customs handling fees, re-entry duties, and Italian VAT (IVA) applied upon re-importation. These costs will be deducted from any refund. Refunds are issued only after returned goods have been received and processed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the terms outlined in our Shipping & Returns page.
These policies are offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

SALE ITEMS

Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective, does not match the product description, or fails to perform as described.
Sale discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes unless expressly stated.

SWIMWEAR

For hygiene reasons, swimwear items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display product details and colours as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor calibration and display technology, colours, textures, and scale may differ slightly from the actual product.
