We wish to reassure you that Ambas complies with hygienic and sanitary guidelines and protocols requested by all relevant authorities and that, as per the WHO, World Health Organization, it is safe to receive parcels – please visit their website for more details. https://www.who.int

In addition to that, as a safety precaution and in agreement with our couriers, we have temporarily disabled the procedure which requires recipient signature upon delivery so as to avoid personal proximity.

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you have any questions related to shipping, please email us at customerservice@ambas.it and we can provide further information or a shipping estimate.

Yes. Please ensure you provide a delivery address that is attended during business hours, with door codes and any information that might be useful for courier.

Prices for all of our items are listed in euro, whether you're logging in from the US, Canada, Australia, or any other country.

All successful orders placed will be processed within 2 business days of receipt. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. The delivery timeframe depends on the location and eventual import custom duties. 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email that will include your tracking number. If you require further information about your delivery, please email us at customerservice@ambas.it and we will assist you further.

Yes, you are liable for any import customs duties or taxes that are applicable to your order, determined by your local customs authority. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – regulations and guidelines differ by country. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by ambas.

No, you may check-out without creating an account, just click the "continue checkout" button to continue as a guest. Accounts are helpful for those who wish to store billing information.

Ambas is unable to deliver a package on saturdays. 

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

Yes, you can return your order for a full refund (excluding shipping charges paid), assuming goods are unworn and in original condition. All returns are bound by our Returns Policy. 

It takes our warehouse 1-2 weeks to receive and process your refund. We'll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

Cold hand wash in mild soap to remove chlorine or salt from garment. Do not use fabric softeners. Do not wring, soak or bleach. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Drip dry in shade. Do not leave rolled up wet. Chlorine, spa baths, tanning products, sunscreen and oils can cause damage or mark garments – avoid contact and rinse immediately. Avoid contact with rough surfaces to prevent pulls in fabric.

Preserve the beauty of your shawl. Store your item untied and make sure your jewellery and accessories do not rub against it, snagging the threads. Avoid contact with rain and harsh chemicals, and entrust it to a specialised professional for cleaning.

Some items  are classics and come back even if they are out of stock. If you register your request on the product page we’ll make sure to send you our estimated restock date, and shipping confirmation email once the item leaves our warehouse.
