    The 'Sam' trousers have been made in a double layer of gauze fabric but the first 5 cm around the waist are single layer!  This pair is finished with an adjustable cotton drawstring cord for flexibility. So cute! 100% organic cotton garments designed in Italy, made and hand-dyed in India.
